ROAM Engines

The ROAM platform comes with a reporting engine, a messaging engine and a notification engine.

Reporting Engine

ROAM reporting provides System Administrators with reporting capability to track who is using ROAM, which resources are being used and the frequency of resource use. The data can help the System Administrators better understand how ROAM is being used. The data used to generate the reports can be exported for use in other reporting databases.

Messaging Engine

The messaging engine allows messages to be delivered to users based on their role. For one time events, messages can be manually composed and presented to users. Messages that are generated by another system, such as lab results, are automatically delivered to a user’s portal and, optionally, to their email.

Notification Engine

The notification engine allows administrators to set-up email notifications on system events. The common use for this feature is to notify a network administrator when specific users, such as vendors, are accessing the corporate network.
