Agreement enables users to take advantage of secure remote access and conferencing solutions
Saint John, NB — November 30, 2006 — Continuing to expand its ability to serve the healthcare industry, EZ-CAP, the flagship product of MZI HealthCare, LLC (MZIHC), a leading provider of health plan administration software, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with AnyWare Group (AWG), a provider of customer-driven access solutions for healthcare organizations. The alliance will enable healthcare companies to use the EZ-CAP software from any web-enabled desktop location through the secure remote access and conferencing solutions offered by AnyWare Group's Role Oriented Access Management (ROAM) technology.

Companies that choose this option can take full advantage of EZ-CAP's reliable, easy-to-use software that allows them to manage health insurance benefits, while improving productivity and providing instant access to data without an upfront licensing fee. By offering an option for remote hosting of the EZ-CAP software, MZIHC can offer more flexible installation models to healthcare companies. With ROAM, clients have the assurance that users of remotely hosted EZ-CAP software will only see the applications that they need or are authorized to use.
