EnCore System Professionals to Boost Customer Service to U.S. Health Benefit Providers By Using AnyWare Group's ROAM Technology

Saint John, NB — July 18, 2006 — AnyWare Group (AWG) announced today implementation of Role Oriented Access Management (ROAM) by EnCore System Professionals Inc. (ESP), a software developer of group health benefit management systems, to enhance its customer care for the U.S health care payers and providers it serves.

ROAM is a unique, secure, remote access infrastructure that provides true clientless access to any mainframe, client server, or web-based application through a single, role-oriented portal. This means users can only access the files and applications they need to fulfill their responsibilities within an organization — an effective solution for ensuring confidentiality.

ROAM's integration will augment ESP's applications to enable its clients, such as third party administrators, associations and self-insured employers, to access electronic reports and various applications on-demand, through a single method, anywhere, anytime, while addressing crucial security requirements.

"What sets ROAM apart is its quick implementation, flexibility and speed. It works with any type of architecture or application and lets you fully integrate applications, even if they are dissimilar," says Don Baird, president and chief executive officer, EnCore System Professionals Inc.

Since ESP develops applications such as group health benefit management systems and claims management solutions for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits, it required a system that complied with the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA). ROAM meets this need.

ROAM, a patent pending technology, also eliminates the need for manual data encryption because all information is automatically encrypted each time a connection is made by a user. This configuration spares ESP customers the challenge of decrypting data and leads to enhanced customer service, fewer service calls and decreased maintenance for ESP.

After implementing ROAM in January 2006, ESP also signed on as a reseller. "EnCore System Professionals' adoption of ROAM clearly exhibits its desire to boost service offerings to its clients," says Gerry Verner, president and chief executive officer, AnyWare Group. "The organization prides itself on being early adopters of state-of-the-art technology and we are pleased they recognize the unique and robust functionality of ROAM."

Based in Houston, Texas, ESP had been searching for a remote access solution that didn't require software installation. "One of the things that caught our eye early on was ROAM's clientless quality," says Baird. "As a managed service, ROAM provides capabilities, which would require many highly skilled, full time personnel to design, build and maintain, if a comparable solution was to be developed internally."

Entrust, ESP's sister company has 42 employer clients, each possessing multiple locations. It has recently implemented ROAM primarily to develop a more robust employer portal but it will also incorporate ROAM's disaster recovery strategies within its organization to prevent the loss of vital information, if a disaster occurs.
