Jacques Lirette, CIO for SERHA, will share his learning from a 2003 crisis at the 5th Annual Summit on Wireless & Mobile Healthcare Technologies, which is taking place in Toronto In September 2006.

Disasters come in many forms and can threaten all critical infrastructures by its impact on a hospital's human resources by removing essential personnel for weeks or months.
