Barrett Xplore Inc. Selects AnyWare Group To Design, Deploy and Manage Mission Critical Elements Of Xplornet Canada-Wide Wireless Broadband Network
SAINT JOHN, N. B. — AnyWare Group today announced it has been chosen by Barrett Xplore Inc., a division of Barrett Corporation, to design, deploy and manage mission critical elements of its Xplornet Canada-wide, wireless broadband network.
The focus of Barrett Xplore — Canada’s largest and fastest growing wireless broadband service provider — is to establish Canada’s first wireless high-speed Internet service for all homes and businesses in rural, remote and First Nations communities, as well as suburban areas, anywhere in Canada through a combination of fixed wireless and satellite platforms. Xplornet will provide a broad range of Internet services using AnyWare Group’s Wide Area Networking (WAN) Gateway solution and Network Management Services.
