AnyWare Group Strengthens Management Team
March 3, 2003 — Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada — AnyWare Group, a global provider of Information Technology services and solutions welcomes the addition of two seasoned executives to their management team. Mr. Richard MacPhee has been appointed to Vice President of Business Development and Allan Cameron as Chief Technology Officer.

Allan Cameron co-founded iMagicTV Inc., and has held numerous positions in engineering, new service development and strategic planning with The New Brunswick Telephone Company (NBTel). Allan has been awarded two patents and has five additional patents pending.
