Telecommunication Veteran Appointed CEO of AnyWare Group
December 19, 2002 — Following a 12 year career at Aliant, Mr. Verner was a Vice President at iMagicTV for 3 years. Most recently Mr. Verner was President and COO of CyberSecure Inc. “On behalf of the company I am very pleased to welcome Gerry to the AnyWare team. Mr. Verner’s first progressive step was to appoint Mr. Wayne Chamberlain as Senior Vice President of Global Operations. Mr. Chamberlain was most recently Vice President of Business Development with the AnyWare Group. Mr. Verner said, “Wayne has clearly demonstrated his ability to build the business on an international scale. This appointment reflects the company’s intention to further expand its business throughout the world.”
