Robert Lalonde - Chief Executive Officer
Robert Lalonde is Chief Executive Officer of AnyWare Group. With a strong track record of driving sales growth in high technology companies, Mr. Lalonde is responsible for directing the strategic vision of the company as well as establishing growth strategies for AnyWare Group's portfolio of powerful remote access solutions including ROAM (Role Oriented Access Management) which is now implemented in 80 hospitals throughout North America.
Over more than 20 years, Mr. Lalonde has demonstrated strong execution skills, a proven ability to lead companies through high-growth periods and a track record for driving shareholder value at technology companies, including Hummingbird Communications, Delano Technology, Fusepoint Managed Services and Pano Logic.
Rob has a multi-discipline background including sales, marketing, product strategy and corporate development functions. He has completed MBA studies at York University's Schulich School of Business, holds a degree in computer science from Laurentian University, and has studied finance, mergers and acquisitions at Harvard. |

Wayne Chamberlain - Vice President Marketing and Founder

Wayne joined AnyWare Group at start-up and was one of the key founders, holding a variety of senior roles over the past six years. As Vice President of Business Development, Wayne was responsible for AnyWare Group's marketing and sales from 2000–2002. During this time Wayne secured sales to some of the largest telecommunications providers in North and South America, including Bell, Cingular, Telus and Nortel.
Appointed Vice President of Marketing in 2007, Wayne is responsible for guiding the company’s product line management, PR and marketing initiatives. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of New Brunswick. |

Steve Parent, P. Eng - Chief Architect and Founder

In 1999, Steve became a founding member of AnyWare Group Inc., joining as the Senior Integration Specialist, integrating telephony and computer systems for AnyWare Group's rapidly growing list of clients; working with clients in locations as far away as South America.
As a member of the concept team at AnyWare Group that developed ROAM in 2004, Steve took on the role of Technical Architect, building the first proof of concept of what would become today's ROAM platform, as well as deploying the first customer installation. On an ongoing basis, Steve has managed the integration of additional capabilities and has been the driving technical force in meeting the challenge to develop a completely clientless remote access interface and the market leading product that is ROAM today.
In 2008, Steve was appointed the Chief Architect at AnyWare Group, and in keeping with his lifelong dedication to improving ease-of-use for users, Steve is currently working on the ROAM clientless “Single Sign-On“ functionality, improving ROAM's ability to deliver a uniform user experience accessed through an “agentless“ browser.
Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, concentrating on Computer Engineering, from the University of New Brunswick, then joined the New Brunswick Telephone Company (NBTel/Aliant). During this time, Steve acted as the Technical Analyst on the team that launched the IPSec VPN Group for Aliant.

Paul Hanson - Vice President, Business Development - US

Paul comes to AnyWare Group with 20 years experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Paul is known for his world-class skills in strategic planning, business development and marketing. He has held senior management positions within NBTel, Bruncor, NBTel Global and Innovatia.
Paul is a highly regarded thought leader within the global telecom and IT community. As a result he is regularly called upon by many of the world's largest telecom and IT vendors, service providers (wired and wireless), analysts and conference companies, to share his thoughts.
Known for his communication skills, Paul has keynoted more than 300 conferences in 45 countries on a host of leading edge topics. Paul was recently nominated as “Science and Technology Communicator of the Year”. |
