TORONTO – September 29, 2009 – AnyWare Group Inc., the leading remote access provider for hospitals and healthcare organizations, today announced the appointment of Paul A. Kent to its Board of Directors.

Effective October 19, 2009, Mr. Kent will be President and CEO of the Greater Halifax Partnership and a member of its Board. The Greater Halifax Partnership is the catalyst for economic growth and confidence in Greater Halifax, the economic hub of Atlantic Canada. Paul brings over 30 years of experience at executive and senior management levels - most recently as a principal for Cetas Advisory and previously as Senior Vice President, Bell Aliant and Chief Operating Officer, XWAVE. Mr. Kent is also a Board member of Saga Investments and the Maritime Tidal Energy Corp.
