Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you have 5+ years successful sales in a healthcare and/or related sales environment. You are an over-achiever and see sale targets and your minimum goal. Pre-sales Engineer
Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, pre-sales engineers work closely with the sales force and partners to provide a single point of contact for technical questions on ROAM. You will be responsible to ensure expectations from customers for ther ROAM serive are clearly understood and met by the engineer and operations teams. Candidates should have 3+ years technical experience plus and additional 2+ years of working directly with customers. Strong people and customer relations skills complemented with understanding of sales process and time/project management is necessary.
Job Responsibities:
- Technical Sales Support.
- On-Site Customer Visits.
- Oversee the deployment of the ROAM service in customers' environments.
- Deliver and prepare technical web demos/presentations.
- Liaison between customers, sales and internal teams.
- Gather application and network info required to configure and build a customer's ROAM service.
- Provide customer training and education technical aspects of ROAM.
- Schedule and attend customer meetings.
- Manage the resolution of customer tickets and prepare technical documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or computer science with a minor in business.
- Strong general technical ability including networking, Unix, Webbase, Java
- Strong MS Office suite ability
- General security understanding
- Strong people and customer relations skills complemented with understanding of sales process and time/project management.
- 3 years + technical experience.

Senior Application Architect
Job Description:
The Senior Application Architect is a senior level position on the software development team reporting to the Director of Software Development and Customer Services. The incumbent is responsible for leveraging his or her successful application development, analysis and design experience in a multi-platform environment by leading design efforts for AnyWare Group software initiatives. This is accomplished through interacting with the technical and functional architecture teams as well as the software development teams to translate business requirements into specific application designs.
Job Responsibities:
- Participate in high level design sessions with the functional architect, chief technical architect and development team.
- Work with the development team to identify & resolve gaps in the process definitions.
- Architect the overall physical data environment and infrastructure for software development projects.
- Work with software development project teams during system design to facilitate data modeling and the development of high quality data structures.
- Perform database design, object and relational data modeling, database sizing and capacity planning, as well as backup and recovery.
- Gather application and network info required to configure and build a customer's ROAM service.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to the development teams and assist in the coding of features.
- Ensures that the project implementation adheres to functional designs, technical specifications and
corporate standards.
- Review and critique the developers' implementation specifications.

Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
AnyWare Group requires a Technical Support Specialist to join our Help Desk and be a key member of our growing Technical Support Team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in Helpdesk/Helpline operations in a client/server environment.
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical email/phone support to customers on the maintenance and operation of AnyWare Group's service offerings. The successful candidate will assist customers by determining system problems and providing resolutions on technical or service difficulties.
Customer satisfaction is key in the delivery of services. The successful candidate will be required to handle customer issues and perform assigned functions according to standardized policies and procedures. The procedures documenting the operation of our trouble ticket system must be adhered too at all times to maintain service levels.
As part of our Quality Improvement Program initiative, the successful candidate must be willing to participate in the enhancement of our support documentation and/or guidelines, as required.
Other duties include, monitoring network systems, client/customer applications, provide internal user technical support for software/hardware configuration and installations. Technical Support Specialist may be required to provide user on-site support.
The successful candidate must be willing to work on-call rotation providing after-hours support, as required.
